How to request a refund

Email info@fieldstonewp.com from the email address you used to purchase, or include your licence key / order details. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once processed, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR), the currency of the original charge.

After 30 days

Because Fieldstone Pro is delivered immediately as a digital product, we do not offer refunds more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Renewals & cancellation

Fieldstone Pro licences are annual and do not renew automatically — you are never charged again unless you choose to buy or renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not renew, your licence simply expires at the end of its term: your existing fields and their data keep working, but you stop receiving plugin updates and support.

Effect of a refund

When a licence is refunded, it is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate new sites.
