These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Fieldstone Pro (the "Plugin"), a licensed extension of the free Fieldstone WordPress plugin, sold by Fieldstone ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using Fieldstone Pro you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

A Fieldstone Pro purchase grants you a licence to receive automatic plugin updates and support for the plan and term you buy (an annual licence). The number of live production sites you may activate is determined by your plan (Single, Freelancer or Agency). Local, development and staging sites do not count toward this limit.

2. Licence & the plugin's open-source code

The Plugin's PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), consistent with WordPress. What you purchase from us is a licence key that entitles you to official updates, security fixes and support for your term. You agree not to publicly share or resell your licence key, and not to use one licence to obtain updates for more sites than your plan permits.

3. Delivery

Fieldstone Pro is delivered digitally. Immediately after a successful payment your account is created (or updated) and the plugin download and licence key are made available in your account and sent to your email.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed on our pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Plugin or our services, including attempting to circumvent licensing, distributing your key, or using the software unlawfully. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used in breach of these Terms.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Plugin is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement of your specific site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss; you are responsible for maintaining backups of your site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mohali, Punjab, India.
